Inspired by the Moments That
Change Us
Some of life's most important moments do not arrive with certainty. They arrive as questions. A growing feeling that something is no longer aligned. These moments can feel uncomfortable, but they are often where transformation begins.

The word Metanoia describes a profound shift in perspective, a change in how we see ourselves, our experiences, and what is possible.

This work was created for those moments. For people seeking the space to pause, reflect, hear themselves clearly, and move forward on their own terms.
A Career Rooted in Human Growth
About Leeza
Long before becoming a coach, I was curious about people—our identities, where we find belonging, how we make meaning, and what helps us thrive.

My professional journey began as a cross-cultural educator and facilitator, creating spaces for learning, dialogue, and connection across differences. Through that work, I helped individuals and groups navigate questions of identity, communication, and belonging, which eventually led me into inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and belonging work and later into leadership development and organizational culture.

Across each chapter of my career, I noticed a common thread:

People rarely struggle because they lack capability.

More often, they are navigating complexity—balancing competing expectations, making sense of change, or trying to reconcile different parts of themselves and their experiences.

That realization ultimately led me to coaching.

Today, I partner with individuals navigating transition, uncertainty, and growth, creating space for deeper self-understanding, meaningful reflection, and thoughtful movement toward what comes next.
As someone who grew up navigating multiple cultures, identities, and environments, I learned early that people often carry experiences that are difficult to explain yet deeply influential.

The questions of who we are, where we belong, and how we navigate different expectations have been a constant thread throughout my life.

Those experiences deepened during five years spent living and working in Europe, including Germany and the Netherlands, where I encountered new perspectives on culture, work, identity, and community.

Living across different environments taught me that there is rarely one "right" way to move through the world.

It also taught me the importance of creating space for complexity, nuance, and curiosity.

Those lessons continue to shape how I approach coaching today.
Living Between Two Worlds
About Leeza
Creating Space for Clarity
Leeza's Mission
I believe that lasting clarity does not come from being told what to do.

It comes from having the space to hear yourself clearly.

My role is not to provide answers.

My role is to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, challenge assumptions when needed, and create the conditions for insight to emerge.

Clients often describe my coaching style as grounded, honest, and perceptive.

Together, we explore patterns, make sense of experiences, and uncover what matters most so that decisions can be made with greater confidence, intention, and self-trust.
